成都市圣特蒙魔芋微粉有限责任公司成立于1998年7月20日，法人代表熊伟，注册资金120万元。公司主要致力于纯化粉、精粉、复配粉及膳食食品的研制、生产和销售。经过多年的努力，公司在我国首先发明了魔芋精粉变细方法，研制成功了完整的魔芋微粉生产工艺，并建成我国第一家魔芋微粉生产厂。公司拥有雄厚技术力量，在创造性开发四川省星火项目（新法生产葡甘露聚糖）的基础上，先后研制成功了各种类别、各种规格的魔芋粉如高粘、高透、高纯、高葡甘露聚糖含量、特细、低硫、少菌等， 能满足客户各种需求。
公司2006年投资500万元在金堂县钢城西路新建了厂房，占地面积9.5166亩，公司年产能力：纯化粉800吨，干法微粉200吨。公司十分重视产品质量，有严格的卫生质量体系，齐全的检验手段和先进的工艺流程。科学的管理机制，造就了高效率，高品质，因而，我们赢得了国内外用户赞誉，产品畅销全国，同时远销北美、欧洲、非洲和东南亚地区。我公司建立完善了科学的质量运行体系，产品先后通过了QS证、美国Kosher 认证以及中国CQC质量认证中心ISO9001：2008国际认证，并且是中国魔芋协会常务理事单位、2010年被成都市农业产业化经营工作领导小组评为农业产业化经营市级重点农头企业。
